Swedish born Rebecca Forsberg Svendsen has completed a diploma in singing at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen. Moreover, she has graduated in performance in Istanbul by choreographer Hazal Selcuk.
Rebecca is a creative and versatile singer and performer across the Danish music scene as she sings in Musica Ficta, The Danish National Vocal Ensemble, Copenhagen Soloist among others. Rebecca works frequently as a soloist in several works, especially with baroque music but she also has premiered a range of newly composed works by contemporary composers and has performed in the operas: ‘Ezra’ by Frans Winther under the auspices of Odinteatret and in the Mærsk opera by Anders Monrad/Superflex in 2017.
Rebecca produces her own performances, movies and projects such as her recent work Monas Magasin from 2017.
